Sending us your documents is easy! Simply follow these steps:
1 - Click the "Send Bloom My Documents" button below. A new tab will open in your browser.
2 - Type your name in the "From" field
3 - In the body of the fax, tell us your child's name, what you are sending us, and a phone number we can call you at.
4 - Either click and add the attachments, drag and drop the attachments, or click the QR code to scan the attachments from your phone camera
5 - Click Send! We will receive your documents securely and add them to your profile. If follow-up is required, we will contact you at the number you have provided.
